      • At the time of inspection, the chemical dishwasher was measured at 0 ppm after multiple runs. As a corrective measure, the operator implemented the three‑compartment sink method for dishwashing, and a sanitizer solution was prepared during the inspection.

      • The dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine. This was tested multiple times throughout the inspection and it never measured higher than 50 ppm. Operator will use dishwasher to clean the dishes and then put them through a sanitizer solution in the three compartment sink.
