- Observation(s): ATOSA countertop fridge ( for coffee creams) was observed maintaining a temperature above 4°C ( observed temp was 10°C); Corrected During Inspection (CDI- dairy coffee cream in single shot containers was discarded to waste at time of Inspection). PHFs being stored in 3 other cooler units (Walk in cooler, Display cooler for sandwiches, Display cooler for Quality Fast Food products) were maintained at safe temperatures (≤4°C).
