Man I have been going the for about 35 years. It gets bad. Then gets a little better. But it's stayed consistent.

Went to get a slurpee and grabbed an empty coffee cup and the empty slurpee I had from the same store the day before and there is no garbage cans outside. I asked the guy working if I could put it in the garbage inside and he said absolutely not. I showed him the cup from 7/11 and he did not care in the least. I will now after 50 years of drinking slurpees from 7/11 find something else. Absolutely disgraceful service

They were slow, and not very attentive.

Customer service was great. Dont remember his name, but im assuming he was the manager, the system was having some issues when i was redeeming my points, and im not sure how he solved the issue, said he was gonna vharge me for 5 energy drinks instead of four, not sure if he had paid for it or not for me because i didnt have my card on me but i am enternally greatful if he had, as it was extremely kind of him. Regardless, he and the other employee was patient and kind with me. Keep up the great work!!

It's kind of hit & miss depending on the staff... Some really discriminate against homeless people & others tend to be more understanding. A few of the female staff really seem to go above and beyond making their customers feel special it's always a welcome surprise 😀

Just left 7-11 about 25 minutes ago. Did not really want to go out in the cold cold night, but I had to return a winning lottery ticket and it is going to be cold in the morning to. The afternoon was nice and warm but, of course I was stuck here waiting on someone and he never showed up till supper time. Well getting back to 7-11, they were great as always. I should change that to most of the time. But it always seems a little more friendlier when the girls are working. They are always smiling and seem to be in a good mood. The girl who checked me in thanked me and wished me a good night. I always feel better when that happens. I would have to give tonight a 9.9 out of 10. The only thing that they could have done more was to pay for my food BUT THAT'LL NEVER HAPPEN. Well everyone have a good night, thanks.

I normally have great service here but tonight I wasn't impressed. Your employee with long blond hair male was not to happy when we came in and gave us alot of attitude 0 customer service at all and was grumpy and bitched about me to my boyfriend who was not impressed with him especially after complaining about me and the terrible service. Also to boot we were very nice until he started being rude towards us.

Stood at the front counter for several minutes, door wide open to the office and the front door was propped open not one staff member to be found, left the items I was going to purchase on the counter and left.

Hello I went to 7-11 on Seymour Bad srv …

There's a rather very rude and unfriendly East Indian guy who works the graveyards. His presence will make you feel very uncomfortable and unwanted, I've been coming to this 711 since 2006 and unfortunately I can say I will no longer be a customer as long as this employee works there.i
- Sukuna
You'll never understand the incredible feeling of disappointment when I opened this. A dogless hot. Just a lonely bun all cheeked up with nothing inside it. Sigh. I'll forgive you, but I'll never forget.
- MC XI
Always dirty inside, the hot beverage area has coffee stains that stay there for days and days without cleaning, I would avoid this 711 if I were you.
- Gerry Miller
Sometimes slow and hit and miss with customer service but they have a bit of everything when you want to grab a snack or drink. Perfect for late nights when u need something and everything else is closed.
- Tanya Cochran
False advertising is a major problem in this store. Most people don't seem to understand that you cannot have 2 prices on a product or post a sale yet charge the higher price. It doesn't matter if their "system is down". If the system is down then take the sale signs down.

Last 6 months service and maintenance of the 711 on 8th & Richmond in Kamloops BC has been awful! Hope the new management gets on this sooner than later

We traveled all the way from downtown after they closed that 7-11. I mixed all my flavors and got a sugar rush and forgot that I drove all the way back downtown. Can't remember a thing.

I was traveling from far away at night, and I saw this 7-Eleven was open. I stopped by to buy few things and to use the restroom, but I was shocked to find out the restroom was closed to the public. Usually, 7-Elevens are welcoming, especially for travelers, so this was really disappointing.
