Corrective Action: Acquire a new sanitizer solution that contains one of the following: • Quaternary Ammonia (QUAT) - ensure the concentration reaches 200ppm and is verified through the use of test strips. • Bleach - ensure the concentration reaches 200ppm and is verified through the use of test strips.
