      • The facility was generally well maintained. However, chicken at the bottom of the container in the hot-holding unit at the front was probed at 49C. Ensure cooked high-risk foods are held at 60C or above during hot holding at all times. The operator discarded the chicken onsite.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Low water pressure noted at one of the handwashing sinks in one of washrooms. Please repair.
