- There are no thermometers to monitor fridge and freezer temperature. EQUIP A THERMOMETER IN EACH AND RECORD TEMPERATURE DAILY FOR BOTH COLD STORAGE UNITS.

- The sanitizing step for serving and cooking utensils has not been followed.WASH ALL OF THE SERVING AND COOKING UTENSILS AND COOKWARE WITH SOAP AND WATER IN THE FIRST COMPARTMENT, RINSE IN THE SECOND, THEN SANITIZE WITH THE MULTI QUAT INTHE THIRD COMPARTMENT. 200PPM IS THE REQUIRED CONCENTRATION.

- A few droppings were noted in the dry storage room adjacent to the pile of cardboard boxes. Mice traps were in place but have not been serviced since May 2022. No live activity observed. REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS. DISCARD THE CARDBOARD BOXES AND DO NOT STORE THEM CLOSE TO THE FLOOR. CLEAN AND DISINFECT THE AREA. CONTACT PEST CONTROL IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL ASSESSMENT AND REMEDIATION.
