      • Temperature monitoring logs are not being kept** Ensure a temperature monitoring log is maintained. Temperature monitoring log template send via email
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The far-left stand-up cooler was measured at 9.7CItems in the cooler were moved to the cooler next to it measured at 4C** Ensure foods that require refrigeration are stored at 4C or below.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • OUTSTANDING:No pest control records were available for review A copy of the AHS Pest Control Checklist was sent via email. Ensure pest control is conducted monthly and records retained on site.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The far-left cooler was measured at 9.7C** Ensure cooler is repaired and able to maintain a temperature of 4C or below

      • Stained towels were noted for drying hands- ensure that only single use paper towel is used for drying hands.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No evidence of pest monitoring procedures were observed.Ensure a pest montoring procedure is developed. A copy of the AHS checklist is sent via email, kindly complete this checklist at least once a month.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Food handling permit was noted expired. - ensure a valid permit is displayed
