      • The freezes are indicated the application to be approved sources, however, upon inspection at the event, the freezes are homemade and require a freezer for storage. The freezes do not meet the low-risk home prepared food document requirements of:-Being low-risk.-shelf stable.-not needing a fridge or freezer for storage. Ensure for special events food come from approve source. For a future event rent a commercial kitchen to make the freezes.Approved sources means inspected and permitted by one of the following agencies Alberta Health Services, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency or Alberta Agriculture.The ingredients list was reviewed and deemed low risk, one-time permission to operate at the event was granted.
