- The dishwasher was observed leaking water onto the floor. A bucket was placed underneath the dishwasher to catch the water dripping, but the floor around the bucket was also noted to be wet.Please ensure that all food equipment being used in this facility is in good repair.

- 1. Floor beneath the cooking area and dry storage were noted to be dirty with food debris and other items, including a plastic spice jar, were collecting on the floor.2. Walls and floor in the dish pit, specifically underneath the dishwasher, was dirty and collecting food debris and water. Fruit flies were noted to be attracted to the wet areas with food in the dish pit.Please ensure that food and other objects are removed from the kitchen floors, and that all floors and walls in the facility are routinely cleaned and maintained.
