- Corrective Action: Manager posted 'Out of Order' notice for the public. Provided ABHR as immediate and temporary measures for the food handlers to use in washroom before returning to the handwash station for proper hand washing procedure prior to food handling

- Corrective Action: Implement control measures to reduce and illiminate the fly issue. It is fall, so there should not be signs of flys in a facility. Flys have the ability to transfer contaminants to food products putting the consumer at risk.

- Corrective Action: Ensure that this area is free of clutter and maintained in a sanitary conition at all times to prevent contamination of dishware after sanitation.
