      • In the boys washroom the 1st toilet next to the sink was not refilling properly after flushing. The seat was not secure on the toilet next to the stall.By June 23, 2026 ensure the toilet next to the sink is flushing and refilling properly and the seat is secured on the toilet next to the stall.Updated: the toilet seat is secured. There is one toilet still out of order.

      • The baby room fridge was at 10C. Ensure it is lowered to 4C or less.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The diaper change pad in the washroom was damaged. The pad was discarded and replacement was brought in. Violation was corrected during the inspection.

      • Children's hand were not washed after diaper change.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • The plastic panel on the wall in the washroom stall in the preschool washroom was lifting and coming away from the wall.There was exposed wood on the frame of the door of the bathroom stall in the toddler washroom. Finishing required so the surface is smooth and cleanable.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The change pad in the infant room had a small hole and was visibly dirty. Replacement required.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The left sink in the preschool washroom was not draining properly. Repair required.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Waterproof mattress covers were not being provided on crib mattresses.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • Staff were observed not washing hands in between diapering one child and diapering the next child.

      • Girls washroom:Right handwashing sink out of order. Beant communicated a work order has been put in place
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • - Preschool Room: Blue table cover ripped in various areas- Used re-usable cloths on top of bleach bottles

      • - Throughout the program:Chipped paint on various tables and shelves. Beant communicated this will be completed by Summer 2024.
