These items are not intended to be cleaned or disinfected and must be discarded after use on a single client.The nail files, nail buffer, and toe separator were discarded during the inspection.

      • The following deficiencies were noted:1. The countertop in the waxing room was lined with disposable paper that was visibly soiled and in poor condition.Please remove and dispose of the used paper. If the countertop will continue to be lined with disposable paper, it must be changed on a regular basis to maintain sanitary conditions. Alternatively, discontinue the use of disposable paper on the countertop.2. The waxing chair has a small tear. Please repair the waxing chair.

      • The manicure and pedicure metal tools are being disinfected with alcohol.Do not use alcohol as it is not an appropriate disinfectant. A high level disinfectant with a DIN number must be used on manicure and pedicure metal tools. Replace the alcohol immediately.
