      • Quat sanitizer test papers are still in the protective wrap/packaging.- Staff must test the concentration of the sanitizing solution to ensure the correct concentration is being achieved.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. The back of house hand wash sink is filed with empty beverage containers and covered by a rack.- Designated handwash sinks must be kept empty and easily accessible at all times.2. No paper towel is available at the back area handwash sink.- Designated handwash sinks must be supplied with soap and paper towel at all times.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There is a gap noted at the bottom of the back warehouse exterior door.- All exterior doors must have tight seals to prevent the entry of pests.

    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap is noted at the bottom of the back door.- Ensure doors have tight seals to prevent the possible entry of pests.
