- 0 ppm Quat sanitizer detected in the solutions that wiping cloths were stored in at the coffee machines, needs to be at minimum 200 ppm. Staff prepared a new solution from the automatic chemical dispensers and only 50 ppm Quats was measured. - Manually prepare the Quat sanitizer solutions to a concentration of 200 ppm until the automatic dispenser is re-calibrated and dispensing 200 ppm.
