- The wrong paper towel rolls were ordered/received. Ensure you the correct paper towel rolls available prior to opening date.

- One of the oven glass panel was shattered during installation. Facility is going to change the panel out to a stainless or aluminum panel as a temporary solution. A replacement tempered glass will be installed in 3-4 weeks.
