      • A gap alongside the bottom of the exterior receiving was observed. Please seal the gap to prevent the entry of pest into the facility.

      • Lots of flies observed in the packaging area but the second drive thru window, Drive thru window was left open for extended periods which allowed for entry of flies into the facility. - Minimize the length of time the window is left open to prevent the entry of flies into the facility as much as possible. Implement additional measures such as fly strips and fly lighting to reduce the number of flies within the facility.

      • Frosting was observed on the buns stored in the walk-in freezer.The buns were removed from the area where the frosting was observed.-Ensure that the food is protected during storage in order to prevent contamination.

      • The food permit was not displayed at the front.The permit was posted by the operator at the front.-Ensure that the food permit is displayed in a conspicuous place where it is visible to the patrons.

      • 1)The area under the hand sink and the ice machine in the beverage section had paper cups ad food debris under it.2)Ice buildup was observed under the food storage racks.The above-mentioned areas were cleaned.-Ensure that the hard-to-reach areas are cleaned regularly.
