- Lots of flies observed in the packaging area but the second drive thru window, Drive thru window was left open for extended periods which allowed for entry of flies into the facility. - Minimize the length of time the window is left open to prevent the entry of flies into the facility as much as possible. Implement additional measures such as fly strips and fly lighting to reduce the number of flies within the facility.
