      • The sanitizer concentration was tested and found to be 0 ppm. The operator replaced the sanitizer, and the concentration was subsequently found to be satisfactory.

      • Dirty and clean wiping rags were observed stored in the bathroom. All wiping rags must be removed and stored in a designated area. Clean rags should be stored separately from dirty rags and protected from dirt and pests.
