      • The 4 skimmers were missing the skimmer weir flap Ensure all skimmers have an operational floating weir/weir flap.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The pool deck behind the water slide is in disrepair and requires fixing. There is also areas of the deck which hold standing water when wet. These areas require modifying so that all water drains instead of pooling on the deck.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • July 20, 2022 - Anti-entrapment plan, written general sanitation plan and other safety & plan are not available. Dec 14, 2022 - The facility appeared to have had an initial assessment with the scope of creating an anti-entrapment plan. Pool operator advised that will contact the company doing the anti-entrapment assessment and ask for a completion date.***No incident logs observed or other written policies such as incident log and sanitation records. Ensure anti - entrapment plan is done, and system is reviewed.August 3rd, 2023: No anti-entrapment plan has been submitted. Operator told inspectors that he will contact automated aquatics regarding the plan and have it sent over to PHI. Feb 23rd, 2024. Ongoing violation. Ensure a complaint entrapment report is provided.

      • The swimming pool bacteriological water sample result from the Sept 19, 2023, submission came back with high number of HPC (310 CFU/ml).
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The pool deck behind the water slide is in disrepair and requires fixing. There is also areas of the deck which hold standing water when wet. These areas require modifying so that all water drains instead of pooling on the deck.

      • The operator is not testing for combined chlorine daily.
