      • The dishwasher was in disrepair. The temperature could not be measured, machine was leaking as soon it was turned on and had to be turned off before cycle was completed.Ensure utensils are washed, rinsed and sanitized in the 2 compartment sink. The dishwasher should be repaired ASAP. Clients are served with single use dishes.Update; the staff indicated a technician has been contacted and correction should be completed by the end of the week.
