      • Several food handlers were wiping faces and did not immediately wash hands afterwards. Corrected during inspection. Washed hands properly after being advised too.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Some food preparation/handling was being done outside the booth/tent (no protection from contamination). Corrected during inspection; moved inside/under the tent.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Spray bottles of sanitizer were not labelled as to their contents. To be properly labelled.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Some of the fridges were too warm (upright pizza fridge was at 7C, fry fridge was at 6C, prep cooler was at 6C). All were turned down during inspection.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • Portion of the wall is raw wood. Please paint/seal the raw wood.No wall behind grills which could lead to food becoming contaminated by dust/rain. Need wall of adequate height behind the grills.
