    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • High temperature dishmachine measured a maximum temperature of 46.9C with my minimum/maximum thermometer. Dishwasher was run several times during the inspection and did not go above this temperature, which is significantly below the required sanitizing temperature for high temperature machines of 71C at dish level.Facility is directed to use the two-sink method until dishmachine can sanitize.Please consider single-use disposable items to help with warewashing load and to support effective manual washing practices.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Visible gaps observed on several exterior doors. Although pest management control devices are in place, closing these gaps will further prevent or reduce potential pest entry points.
