      • - Observed that general cleaning is still not being completed as required in the deli department, seems operators are not following established cleaning policy and procedures. for this area.- Request that owner/operators have the above indicated deli department thoroughly cleaned, this goes for all aspects.- General cleaning of bakery and meat departments has improved at this time.
