     • - Observed severe water leaks around rear doors of premise. Northwest door most severe with water leaking around door and door frame from melting snow (coming in through walls and door frame, visibly running down wall and door surfaces).- Also observed water leak signs in main dining area roof.- Direct operators to have the above noted water leaks properly repaired to prevent water leaking into premise and further damaging equipment and surfaces.
