      • - Observed that ceiling surface in kitchen has obvious sign of a water leak, damaging the ceiling (repeat from previous however seems ceiling is visibly dry but damage surface remain) (REPEAT).- Request that damaged surfaces be properly repaired, informed by operators they are in discussion with building owner to have ceiling repaired, possibly late spring early summer.

      • - Mechanical dishwasher with chemical sanitizer unit not functioning properly again. Discussed and reviewed at this, informed they have contacted individual for servicing of unit.- Will follow-up with premise next week.- testing strips required (some left at this time, will pick up next visit).
