- -There were gaps underneath the swinging customer doors in the vestibule leading to the outside. This was mentioned during the previous inspection as well. The gaps under the doors must be sealed so that no light can be see shining through when the doors are fully closed. This will prevent entry of mice. It was indicated that a pest control company monitors and implements control measures once a week.

- There was some grease build up on the ventilation hood above the rotisserie chicken ovens. Have these thoroughly cleaned to prevent attraction of pests and to ensure proper ventilation is maintained.

- Mouse droppings were observed inside the facility along the north wall of the building. There were some holes and gaps along this wall, such as on the ledge as well as the joint between the wall and floor. Both the customers swing door entrances had large gaps at the bottom. There were gaps on the bottom corner of some of the back receiving doors as well as on some of the overhead door plate joints. Have all of the mouse droppings cleaned up and monitor these areas closely for activity and new droppings. Seal off all gaps. You may need to conduct a more detailed assessment to identify and seal all gaps to prevent entry of pests. Pest control company has been contracted to conduct regular monitoring and control measures.It was indicated by the Manager that there has been an increase in mouse activity.
