      • The Baby and Young toddler rooms had one wall section under repair due to a leak. The affected wall areas were completely enclosed with plastic sheeting and a rigid plastic board. Please repair. The operator indicated that the repairs would be completed within the next week.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • A first aid kit in the Young Preschool (2–4 years) room contained expired antiseptic wipes (2021). The expired wipes were discarded onsite. Please replace and ensure all first aid kits are properly stocked.
