- Observation(s): Noted on the previous inspection report as well. Ambient refrigeration temperature of the walk-in cooler was at 5°C. Adjust the ambient refrigeration temperature to be at 4°C or lower. Currently, only produce and some dairy are kept in the unit, however, this may change in the future, and the operator will need additional space for other potentially hazardous food. Installing better door curtain may aid in maintaining the ambient temperature.
