- Observation(s): Rodent droppings were found underneath the large commercial mixer on NW of building. Please improve the general cleaning underneath and behind equipment to remove food scraps to discourage rodent activity. As well, baited MECHANICAL (and not chemical) traps are to be placed in "hot spots" around facility. These "hot areas" may include areas where food is prepared or where it is warm.
