    1 infraction

    • R5.1 - Does the facility provide food services which meet nutritional needs and preferences for persons in care?
      • Observation(s): The menu/food served documentation did not consistently show what food people in care were eating. One lunch was described as handheld sandwich with protein and vegetables. One breakfast was documented as waffles, French toast, or pancakes with fruit and yogurt. Without records of what proteins, vegetables or starches are begin served it is difficult to ascertain if there is a variety of foods being served or if it meets the nutritional plans of persons in care. Submit by December 4, 2025, a written plan outlining how you will ensure the menu/food served is documented. The plan must include the system you will implement to support ongoing monitoring to ensure sustained compliance.
      • R5.1E - Provide a variety of foods in consideration of each person in care's nutrition plan and needs; 62( 2 )(c)(i)
