- Observation(s): Ensure that test strips are available on-site so that staff are able to test for sanitizer concentration throughout the day

- Observation(s): Scoops located in dry food container with handles directly touching food. Ensure scoops are secured in a way that prevents contamination of dry food from scoop handles. Scoops were removed at time of inspection. Equipment and materials not required for food operation are stored on-site. As per operator, items to be moved to a storage area outside of the food manufacturing area.
