- 1. Staples were used to hold up a cardboard decoration, and some were loose and lifting off the wall in the Bumblebee room. Secure the staples and tape them down so they do not fall off, or use another safe method to secure the decoration to the wall.
- 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
- 1. The bolts on the wooden table and chair were loose, creating a potential fall or head injury hazard in the Bumblebee room. The table and chair were removed from the classroom during the inspection. Resecure the bolts and ensure staff regularly check toys and furniture to prevent potential injury.

- 1. A wooden magnifying glass toy was broken in the Ducky room.The toy was removed during the inspection.

- 1.An individual child’s designated potty seat was being stored behind a toilet in the Dolphin washroom. Add a hook so the potty seat can be kept off the floor and stored in a sanitary manner.2. The trays for the toddler highchairs were being stored in the Bunny washroom. The washroom is not a sanitary area, and children eat from these trays. The trays were removed out of the washroom during the inspection. Ensure items such as trays are stored in a sanitary location at all times.
