      • An oil (fat) leak was observed from the grill. Hot oil is currently being collected in a paper soup cup and discarded, which is not an appropriate or safe method of handling. This presents risks including slip and fall hazards, potential scalding from hot oil, and increased fire hazard. Please repair the grill to ensure oil is properly contained, collected, and safely managed during operation.

      • Milk was observed leaking onto the walk-in cooler floor. Please clean and sanitize the affected area and ensure all containers are properly sealed and stored to prevent further leakage.

      • Outstanding- False ceiling tiles above the walk-in cooler are missing at multiple locations. Please ensure the ceiling tiles are properly fixed for safe and sanitary operation of the facility. -

      • Sticky pest control ribbons are in the front customer service area. Flies that sticking on to the ribbons may dry out, dismantle and may fall on to food. Please don't use sticky ribbons in food area. Seek professional pest control help to control fly issues.

      • - False ceiling tiles above the walk-in cooler are missing at multiple locations. Please ensure the ceiling tiles are properly fixed for safe and sanitary operation of the facility. -

      • The ceiling vent is clogged and with fluff of dust. Please clean the indicated area of safe and sanitary operation of the facility.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Chopped lettuce and tomatoes observed at room temperature. Manager indicated they are discarded after 3h if not used up. Chopped vegetables are required to be kept at below 4C, or are required to be discarded after 2h at room temperature if not used up. Alternatively, the store can do laboratory perishability testing to hold chopped vegetables at room temperature for more than 2h; written copies of results and policy would be required.

      • Plastic containers with food are kept on hot holding plate >60C. Please use appropriate utenils for holding hot food hot on hot plates Example stainless steel utensils.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The small display cooler at the drive thru with milk, cream etc.. is about 9C at the time of inspection. Please ensure cooler is at or below 4C at all times. The operator set the temperature to colder set-up during inspection. Please continue monitoring and call for service should require.
