- Pest control records were not available during inspection. Please ensure pest control records are updated monthly, kept and made available for review during inspection. A copy of the AHs pest control template will be resent again with this report.

- The Food Handling Permit was not displayed. To ensure that the facility is operating with a valid permit at all times, please ensure to have a valid permit displayed in a conspicuous location in the facility easily seen by the patrons/customers.

- 1. The ceiling area above the ice machine requires cleaning. Dirt and dust observed.2. The walk-in cooler wall around the compressor unit is dusty.Ensure this area is cleaned thoroughly.

- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- During the inspection, it was observed that an employee was preparing food (bacon) on the counter near the hand sink. Due to the area needed for the bacon, the hand sink was obstructed and could not be used by anyone else in the facility.It was discussed with the supervisor and staff that bacon and any other food would be processed somewhere else so as not to obstruct the only hand sink currently in the facility. Alternatively, liquid hand soap and paper towel could be placed at the sink near the drive-thru window so that staff have access to a hand sink at all times.

- Ice scoop was observed to be stored directly on top of the ice machine.Please ensure ice scoop is stored in a container/on a tray that is cleaned at least daily to protect it from potential contamination (e.g. dust on top of the machine).
