- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- It was observed that facility was reusing the High-Level Disinfectant for 14 days, as per manufacturer instructions, however testing was not done on daily basis. Testing logs were not maintained.Discussed the requirement of routine testing of HLD and logs maintenance with the staff and operator.Based on the HLD of choice facility require AHP7 test strips.Note: Template of HLD logs would be provided with this e-mail.
