      • Cleaning cloth was left outside on the counter.Correction:-Cloth was moved into the red bucket with QUATS sanitizer.-Ensure cleaning cloth is stored in the sanitizer solution.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Only chlorine test strips were available. QUATS test strips were not available.The facility uses pre-made QUATS as the sanitizer solution.Correction:-Ensure QUATS test strips are available to check the concentration of QUATS sanitizer.-Education provided on difference between chlorine and QUATS test strips.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Several lighting covers on the ceiling were missing in the kitchen.Operator informed new covers were on the way.Correction:-Ensure that food handling area is protected from contamination due to broken light fixtures.
