      • ** - foil was observed on many of the shelves and surfaces. Please retrain from using foil long term - the foil observed was in poor condition, falling apart and may enter the food chain. All surfaces in a food facility must be smooth, cleanable, nonabsorbent and durable.

      • ** - A build up of grime, grease, and debris was observed and requires thorough cleaning on the following that includes but is not limited to: The walk in cooler door/door edge, the walk in freezer door/door edge/and the floor (the entire floor). Cleaning also required on all handles/doors/door edges for all cold holding units in the warehouse portion
