Staff were using soapy cleaning cloths to wipe children's hand instead of having them wash their hands at hand sinks, despite children physically able to access the hand sinks with educator's assistance.2. Staff stated that that each child has their own individual cloth. The facility was not observed changing cloths after every 2-4 hours. **The facility removed the cleaning cloths and acquired stepping stairs so children could reach the hand sink for handwashing.

      • **Correction**Chlorine sanitizer spray bottles measured at 250 ppm throughout the facility. - Staff remade the chlorine solution and tested at 1000 ppm. **Ensure chlorine sanitizer solution is maintained at 1000 ppm during the outbreaks to eliminate the enteroviruses.
