- 1. The phone was not operational.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Ensure the phone is working, so patrons can notify the facility in the event of an emergency.
- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- 1. Debris noted on pool deck and floor drains. 2. The wall with the clock is in disrepair in the following areas:- Blue painted area- Wall tiles and debris was collecting at the bottom of the tiles3. Swimming pool - northeast ladder:- Plastic cover was cracked and sharp edges exposed. 4. Swimming pool - northwest step railing:- Pool deck tiles at the base of the railing were chipped. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Clean pool deck and drains more thoroughly and daily.2. Repair wall area noted above, so it is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.3. Replace plastic cover with one that is in good condition. 4. Repair pool deck tiles.
