- July 14: Freezer unit on the bottom of the double stacked cooler/freezer upright unit is in disrepair. No foods stored in the bottom freezer unit at the time of inspection. Must be fixed. July 6, 2023- Second Inspection:The upper portion of the cooler had an ambient air temperature of about 1 degree Celsius. The ambient air temperature of the lower portion of the cooler measured about 10 degrees Celsius.July 6, 2023- First Inspection:Freezer unit on the bottom of the double stacked cooler/freezer upright unit is in disrepair. No food stored in it at the time of inspection. Operator will not use the freezer and has a tent available at the festival with an additional chest freezer and an upright cooler. Please fix.

- The internal temperature of foods stored in the prep cooler was measured at approximately 9 degrees Celsius. - All high-risk foods under refrigeration must be held at a temperature of less than 4C. Directed staff to put all items on ice or to be moved to another cooler. Monitor cooler temperature and fix cooler if it cannot maintain temperature at 4C or less.
