      • A food grade sanitizer must be available and promptly available at all times. An adequate amount of sanitizer must be on site.
    • 33(2) The operator must ensure that all refrigeration and heat-holding equipment has a temperature measuring device that is accurate and in good repair.
      • 1. Add thermometer to all refrigeration units holding potentially hazardous foods 2. Ensure a probe thermometer is on site to ensure proper internal temperatures
