      • The surface of the pedicure chair was worn out, ripped, and porous, making it difficult to clean. The operator was instructed to either repair or replace the chair cover to ensure it is smooth and easily cleanable.

      • Some of the chemical bottles were not labelled. Operator was instructed to label all the cosmetic products.
