      • Wet cleaning cloths were observed on the food counters. **Ensure cleaning cloths are submerged in sanitizer solution at all times if reusing or discarded after every use

      • A small cooler below the stove measured 11*C. However, the food in the cooler measured 5*C. - Operator moved the food to different cooler. **Please repair the cooler. **Ensure high risk foods in the cooler are maintained at 4*C or below at all times to prevent bacterial growth.
