- 14. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Non-Critical)?
- Roll-on wax heater was being used for wax services. The applicator of the roll-on wax device is not easily cleanable. Applicator had visible hair and debris. Remove roll-on wax heater from facility.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- 1. High-level disinfectant (CS20) was expired as of 2023 during inspection. Obtain new high-level disinfectant and clean and disinfect all tools in the facility. 2. High-level disinfectant (CS20) was not being discarded daily. Follow manufacturer's instructions for use, CS20 must be changed daily, or used for up to 14 days with records of pass/fail testing daily with test strips. 2. Intermediate level disinfectant (PreEmpt RTU) used for pedicure basins was expired as of 2023 during inspection. Obtain a new intermediate level disinfectant for use in the pedicure basins.

- Lotions, acetone, alcohol, floor cleaner throughout the facility was not labelled with its contents. Ensure all products within the facility are adequately labeled.
