- The temperature in the preschool classrooms was observed to average 18 degrees Celsius. Please ensure that classroom temperatures are maintained at a minimum of 20 degrees Celsius.

- The laundry room was observed to be highly disorganized, with clothing and various daycare items stored all over the floor. - Organize the area and ensure that soiled items are clearly separated from clean items at all times.

- Torn and dirty diaper mats were observed in toddler and preschool classrooms.-Please replace the identified mats with ones that are smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

- Torn and dirty diaper mats were observed in toddler and preschool classrooms.-Please replace the identified mats with ones that are smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

- Chipping walls observed on walls in all three classrooms.-Please repaint the affected areas to ensure good repair.
- 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
- Paper towels were observed not stored in the dispenser, creating a risk of bulk contamination.-Please ensure paper towels are placed in the dispenser so they can be accessed a piece at a time and to prevent bulk contamination.

- There was no diaper bin available in the preschool washroom. Soiled diapers were being disposed/stored in an open garbage bin located in the classroom.-Please provide an appropriate, covered diaper bin in the preschool washroom.-Additionally, replace the diaper bin in the toddler room with one that can be properly accommodated within the washroom. Diaper bins should not be placed in classrooms to prevent children from accessing or touching soiled diaper waste.

- Soiled cleaning cloths were being reused, which increases the risk of cross‑contamination between surfaces.-Please use single‑use paper towels for cleaning surfaces and equipment. If reusable cloths are used, they must be used once only and then laundered before reuse to prevent cross‑contamination.

- 1. Dirty hand sinks and adjacent surfaces were noted in both the toddler room and preschool washroom.-Please clean the hand sinks and their surrounding areas to maintain sanitary conditions. In addition, apply fresh silicone sealant around the toddler room hand sink to prevent water pooling and mould growth.2. Sleeping mats with worn edges exposing the inner foam were observed in the preschool/kindergarten classroom.-Please repair or replace these sleeping mats to ensure they have a smooth, non‑absorbent surface suitable for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
