There were no test strips or record sheets onsite for measuring concentration every day that the solution is used. 2. The Preempt RTU solution is wiped immediately after application. Operators are not allowing surfaces to remain wet with the disinfectant for the prescribed 3 minute contact time required to achieve disinfection. 3. Operator indicated that there is no additional rinse step after tools are immersed in HLD5, which is indicated on the disinfectant's manufacturer's instructions for use.
