      • 1) Scoops were being stored inside the food containers.2) Keyboard was covered in flour.-Ensure that the scoops are stored in a manner that the scoop handles do not come in contact with the food.- Clean the keyboard.

      • The following items/areas require cleaning:1. The shelves above the steel prep tables.2. The condiment containers holding semolina, sesame seeds etc.3. The steel prep table in front of the ovens.Please have these items cleaned and sanitized.

      • Clean aprons were stored inside the washroom.The aprons were removed.-Ensure that the any items such as aprons which come in contact with the food are not stored in the washroom to prevent contamination.
