- No written procedures were available on site outlining the method for cleansing of skin prior to service.-Ensure written procedures are followed, maintained and are easily accessible.

- Wooden wax applicators were observed to be stored inside the wax.* Applicators were removed.-Ensure that wooden wax applicators are single-use only and are discarded immediately after each use on a client.

- The car chair seat used for kids had hair accumulation inside it.Hair was also observed inside the drawers of each hair station.-Ensure that the car chair seat and all station areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained regularly.
