- Handsink unit had cold water in tank. Advised them to fill with hot water for use.

- 1. Handsink unit was not stored inside tent for use by foodhandlers, was out front of tent. Moved inside for tent use. 2. Warmer cabinet was not turned on. Corrected onsite. 3. Steam table was leaking from bottom side of water chamber. Corrected onsite.
