      • Single-use tools, such as plastic brushes for eyelashes and brow, were stored in the cleaned tools container after cleaning. - Discard tools that can't not be cleaned and disinfected in between use.

      • The cleaning tool, such as brushes, for the pedicure basin was not available during the inspection. - Ensure cleaning tool is equipped for cleaning the basin.

      • Re-usable customers cups of complimentary drinks were served to the clients without AHS food handling permit. - Obtain a food handling permit, until then only single use cups are permitted.
