- The fabric pillow in the permanent make up room was not able to cleaned and disinfected after each client. - Equip a vinyl pillowcase so the cover is able to be cleaned and disinfected after each client. All contacted areas including, pedicure footrest, seats, armrest, were not cleaned and disinfected after each client.- Ensure a minimum low-level disinfectant is used to disinfect all touch areas.The manicure tables, including the drawers, the gel containers inside, were covered in nail dust.- Ensure the areas were vacuumed, cleaned, and disinfected regularly.

- The antiseptic in use for permanent make up didn't have NPN/DIN.- Ensure the antiseptic in use has a NPN/DIN from Health Canada.

- Soap was provided in a cup that cleaning brush could double dip and contaminated the supply. - Ensure soap is provided in a dispense and protected from contamination.

- Preempt CS20 was reused for more than 1 days, no test strips were available or high-level disinfectant log was not maintained. - Obtain valid test strips, following manufacturer' instructions of confirming concentration daily and record the result daily.

- The sharp container at the permanent make up room was too small for the brow pen. - Obtain a bigger sharp container, ensure the tool won't exceed the maximum fill line.

- Paper towel is not available by the hand sink in the waxing room. Please ensure hand washing supplies are available at all times.

- 1. The manicure drawers, shelves, and surfaces are dusty. Please clean and sanitize thoroughly. 2. Surfaces are cleaned with alcohol or pre-empt RTU (without expiry date). Alcohol is not a disinfectant and cannot be used for surface disinfection. Please ensure the disinfectant bottles have an expiry date.
